      How to report misuse of the BAFE Logo and its Trademarks

      To report misuse of the BAFE logo and its Trademarks please email us with dated evidence to and we will investigate.


      The BAFE logo is only supplied to registered companies and they must always specify what schemes they are registered to. It is a marque of approval that informs you that the registered company is competent in their chosen area of Fire Protection and is regularly assessed to monitor the high quality standard they should be adhering to.


      These logos are owned and are the copyright of BAFE. The misuse of the BAFE logos are covered by UK Law and Trading Standards.


      Please be aware that we do take action against companies who use the BAFE logo without being entitled to do so.


      Misuse could be by non-registered companies claiming to be BAFE registered or by BAFE companies claiming registration to schemes for which they have not achieved third party certification. Both of these are potentially misleading for the end user.
